On the basis of clinicolaboratory and functional methods of investigation the comparative aspects of various methods of contraception in women residing on the territory contaminated by radionuclides as well as the peculiarities of forming and functional state of fetoplacental complex depending on the degree of radionuclide contamination were studied the practical recommendations for the prevention of nonplanned pregnancy with the transition to the prophylaxis of obstetric and perinatal complications on the basis of stage by stage application of hormonal and phytopreparations were scientifically substantiated, developed and introduced. It permitted to reduce the frequency of reproductive pathology in women residing on the territory contraminated by radionuclides.
