The thesis is devoted to the feature study of the health conditions of the liquidators of the Chernobyl NPP accident consequences in the remote period after accident the background of the fluoride superfluous receipt and the substantiation of preventive measures to prevent their unfavourable influence. It is found out experimentally that in the basis of pathological shifts, caused by соmbined influence of fluoride and ionizing radiation, there is a strengthening of the lipid peroxidation and weakening of the antioxidant protection in blood and tisssues.
