Petryuk B. Using of intratissue electrophoresis of antibacterial drugs and enterosorbtion in the burned patients complex treatment?????

The antibacterial drugs intratissue electrophoresis administration is grounded and it's efficacy is evaluated in treatment of localized injuries, and methods of it's application dependently of the wound phase were investigated. The intratissue electrophoresis positively influences the burn process dynamics and decreases microbial contamination of the burned wounds, speeds up epitheliazation of the superficial burns decreases preparation terms of the granulating wounds for the skin plastic. Combination of the intratissue electrophoresis and enterosorbtion in patients with burn disease leads to more significant decrease of endogenous intoxication, plasma proteolitic activity, positively influences the burn disease course.
