The dissertation work is devoted to perfection of methods of therapy of complicated eczematization mycoses of skin and onychomycoses by the usage of home medicine of the local action "Miconazol-Darnitsa" - cream on hydrophil cream base and the preparation of onycholytic action "Carboplast-forte", containing urea. On the basis of the performed experimental researches the contents of new preparations is grounded and the high therapy effect is proved. The mathematic model of the estimation level of the stage of complication of onychomycoses has been worked out, that made it possible to divide the patients into four clinic-therapeutic groups and to suggest recommendations in differentiate therapy of onychomycoses and prophylactic of the possible side effect in the process of the treatment
