Essay

The features of a genital prolapses flow in a menopausal women are investigated. The infringements of a psychosomatic state and exchange of high adipose acids at the women in the period of preparation to vaginal surgical interventions on the basis of archival, statistical, clinical and additional methods of investigation have been fixed. Is offered and the scientifically proved circuit of medicamental preparation of the menopausal women to vaginal operations for correction of the revealed infringements, prevention of postoperative complications and enriching of quality of life is introduced.
