Lysenkova O. The system of the Ukrainian legislation: the structural and functional description

The dissertation contains a complex scientific structural-functional model of the system of legislation as a form of objective law. The substantial scope of the ukrainian legislation concept is defined. The concept of legislation is considered on the basis of its systemic characteristics. The criteria of apportionment of elements of the system of legislation are defined as well as every element of it in comparison with the corresponding elements of the system of law. The basic foundation of the branch construction of the system of legislation is substantiated. The legal nature of the elements of legislation systematization process is defined, and the concrete practical recommendations for the purpose of improvement of the Ukrainian legislation are also given.
