Shtybel' V. The state of the antioxidant protection in patients with multiple sclerosis and its medicament correction.

The dissertation is devoted to study of clinical features, of condition antioxidant and prooxidant systems, of lipid metabolism and immunology parameters in patients with multiple sclerosis. The received results enable to confirm about reduction of antioxidant protection at the patients with multiple sclerosis and various intensity of the peroxidation. The biochemical changes become deeper at increase of severe and duration of illness. The deviations of the contents of lipids owing to deep infringements of the metabolism are established. There are not always immune factors primary and decisive in multiple sclerosis. The dysfunctions of vegetative nervous system are revealed. The new way of diagnosis and prognosis of the multiple sclerosis is offered. The reduction antioxidant activity in blood and tissue of the brain at white rats with experimental allergic encephalomyelitis is shown. At the patients and in experiment the differential assignment of the complex of preparations with antioxidant action is proved.
