The reseach under study attempts to reveal the essence as well as the mechanism of realisation of the main functions of pedagogical management conducted in a technical college as to the organization of the educational, social and professional adaptation of pupils. Both the vitality and the effectiveness of the introduction of pedagogical management methods into the educational process of a contemporary technical college are experimentally substantiated.
