The planning activity at the small and medium-sized enterprises of the Mykolaiv area is analyzed. It has been discovered that planning is the weakest element of corporate management on small and medium-sized enterprises. The features of planning of activity of the small and medium-sized enterprises agrarian industrial complex are established.
