Germonova K. Perfecting of input-output technologies of the cartographical information in the Cadastral Geographic Information Systems

The dissertation is devoted to the elaboration and basis of the technologics of cadastral information input-output in GIS, which provide the required accuracy of data and reduce considerably the costs of its application. The small format polygraphic scanners are investigated and methods of scanning accuracy's raising are elaborated in the dissertation. The methods of a whole digital image's formation from a separate parts of cartographic materials are elaborated. The automated process of "on-line" cadastral plan formation on the base of the Automated Data Base of a State Land Cadastral System is formulated and described by the means of intelligence methods. The approbation of software complex MapBMP and subsystem "Cadastral plan" have been created in the Donetsk Regional Cadastral Center and in educational process showed, that software training is fast as it takes into account psychological and physiological peculiarities of human works on the computers.
