The dissertation contains a comprehensive analysis of the legal routine of the property of the sub-jects of enterprising activity, legal relationships arising while forming the property and its use and deduc-tion on it by the creditors. The main emphasis in the research is laid on the elaboration of the proposals as for the improvement of the legal regulation of enterprising property relationships and their theoretical grounds. In the paper the notion of the legal routine of the property is determined and substantiated and the forms of the legal routine of the property of the subjects of enterprising activity are outlined. The re-search deals with the theoretical and scientific principles concerning the notion of the legal routine of the property, the legal status of the subjects of enterprising activity, the peculiarities of the property deduction of the subjects of enterprising activity. On the basis of the analysis of legislative and other law acts on the problems of the legal routine of the propert y, the practice of settling disputes, the specific proposals have been formulated as for the improvement of the legal regulation of the property relationships of the sub-jects of enterprising activity.
