Essay

The thesis is devoted to the researches of the problem of the specialists staged training at educational scientific and production complexes. Concept principles of the specialists' staged (step-by-step) training in the conditions of educational scientific and production complexes are developed (determined). In accordance with them the essence of the staged specialists' training is in ensuring the differential (depending upon the labor conditions, profession contents, qualification, production function changes and personality individual possibilities) and integrated (co-ordination of the aims of different types of education and scientific institution, enterprises and organizations) approaches to educational system forming. The states specialists' training envisages the formation of principally new contents of education, and the determination of each stage aims in accordance with general ones of the professional training in the whole. The main task of the staged professional training is the formation of the professional knowledge and skills on the base of the fundamental knowledge and skills on the base of the fundamental knowledge and the possibility of graduates to adopt themselves to the future changes in the society, economics, science and production. The main idea of the staged professional training step-by-step which reflects the successive educational stages. An educational scientific and production complex in the staged specialists" training is a system of organically united educational and scientific institutions, enterprises, and organizations jointed by the common aim. The number of the stages at an educational scientific and production complex depends on the complexity and character of the profession, social and regional circumstances. Every stage has its own aim and task, and at the same time is a component of the continuous profession, education, qualification and life experience of the students or pupils. The staged specialists' training envisages new approaches to the educational process supp ort methods the development of integrated educational plans and programs in particular. On the concept the stages criteria of the professional training in the conditions of educational scientific and production complexes are determined. They are as follows: the necessity of each stage functioning as a criterion of the conformity to the economic demands and a new pedagogical paradigm and its professional completion; the need of the science and production in the personnel ensuring the training at the exact stage and meeting the regional needs; the personnel ensuring the training at the exact stage and meeting the regional needs; the personality's motivation and the demand in a certain stage of education by the population of the region; the opportunity of receiving a new, higher education and professional dimorphism and differentiation of the training contents, methods and forms; dynamics of the educational scientific and production complex; differentiation and integration of the management actions of the educa tional scientific and production complex subjects at each stage. The model of the staged specialist's training at an educational scientific and production complex is theoretically reasoned by the example of radio profession. The requirement to the integrated educational plans and programs for radio technicians at educational scientific complexes are proved. The materials for the scientific and methodic support of the radio technicians staged training at an educational scientific and production complex and the methods recommendations for the engineers and pedagogues as far as staged radio technicians training at an educational scientific and production complex is concerned are developed.
