The object of research - long-term results for the patients, which have transferred laparoscopic cholecystectomy. With the purpose of objective analysis and evaluation of long-term results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy with accent on their mediocre and satisfactory results and retrospective optimization of principles of usage of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in surgical practice with the help of retrospective and prospective clinical-statistical methods, on a basis clinical, ultrasound, rentgenologic, endoscopic, histological and radioisotope researches. Is was established, that the mediocre results of laparoscopic cholecystectomy were stipulated, first of all, by chronic motility disorders of stomach and duodenum, and also their consequences as gastroduodenostasis and duodenogastral reflux.
