Bugeruk V. Usage of physical in the restorative treatment of patients with reactive arthritis with cardiac lesions and without cardiac pathology

The Thesis presented is dealing with the of study of effectivity in the restorative treatment of the patients with reactive arthritis with lesions of the heart and without cardiac pathology while using the preformed phisical factors. The dynamics of clinical, laboratory and instrumental, and immunological factors has been evaluated (the factors were: joint syndrome dynamics, inflamation syndrome fermentative and electrocardiographic factors of cardiac disfunctions, cell and humoral immunitety condition, time length and remission period). It has been found that the use of SHF-therapy on the area immediately over the adrenal glands (after a course of antibacterial therapy given to the patients with reactive arthritis having systems manifestations of myocarditis) improves the course of the joint syndrome, normalizes myocardial repolarization, removes rhythm and condactivity disorders, determines optimal immunomodulating effect. The use of intravenous laser irradiation of blood in patients having reactive arthritis without cardiac pathology leads to anti-inflammatory and maximum immunonormalizing effect during the same time length of restorative treatment. Prognosic criteria heve been worked out for differentiated usage of the preformed physical factors used in the study tacing into consideration the clinicoimmunological peculiarities of the with reactive arthritis.
