Uzins'kyj S. Peculiarities of the placental system and the prophylactic testacy complications in pregnant women living in radiational affected zones III and IV

The work is devoted to the decision of the problem of the lowing of obstetrics complications in pregnan women living in radiated polluted territories, with violation of process of placentation in the carty period of hestasy. The retrospective analyse of the results of clinic radiometer monitoring in the area of Kitsman, Chernivtsi region for 1991-1998 years was fulfilled. It was determined that complications of pregnancy and childdirth are much oftener in women living in radiated polluted territories. According to the radioimmunoassay, morphological and radiometer investigations it was determined considerable functional and morphological chages of fetus placenta! system in pregnant women living in radiated territories even in the first term of pregnancy. Using metabolic, enzyme therapeutics from the first term of pregnancy improves the functional state of fetus-placental system and allows to lower the level of hestasy and perinalical complications
