Vyetukhova I. The Peculiarities of the Legal Regulation of the Labour of Female, Who combine Labour with Motherhood, and its Further Improve-ment.

The thesis is devoted to the research of the peculiarities of the legal regulation of the labour of female, who combine labour with motherhood and its further improvement. The author researches main approaches to the problem of the legal regulation of the labour of female-mothers and the essence of the principle of high protection of the labour of female who combine labour with motherhood the unity and the grounds of the differentiation in the legal regulation of female labour and the correlation of central, collective and contractual and individual and contractual regulation of the conditions of female labour. Special legal guarantees for female-mothers in the process of concluding, changing and terminating of a labour contract and making of the conditions of their labour, in particular the right to information; the right to healthy and safe conditions of labour; the right to special regimes of labour; the right to leave for children care have been analysed in this world. The author has made concrete suggestions concerning improvement the legis-lation in force, which regulates female labour on the all-round basis. The results of this work are represented in the draft changes and additions to the labour Code and special laws of Ukraine.
