Tyuyeva N. Microbiocenosis of the vagina and its correction in women who had undergone ovariectomy at peri- and postmenopause age 5742

The clinical course of the postoperative period, hormonal homeostasis and vaginal microbiocenosis in 142 women after ovariectomy was investigated. It was established that ovariectomy resulted in stable disorders of the vaginal microbiocenosis which couldn't be eliminated by using systemic replacement hormonotherapy. A new scheme of prophylaxis and treatment of postovariectomic disturbances was worked out. The scheme suggests replacement therapy with climen and climonorm in combination with local application of acidophylic Lactobacterin "Narine". The utilization of this scheme allowed to increase treatment efficacy of postovariectomic syndrome at the expense of the vaginal microbiocenosis normalization and elimination of urogenital disorders that resulted in risk reduction of ascending urinary infection and improvement of life quality of this group of women.
