Kyrychenko S. The Correlation between the Social Lawful State and the Civil Society under the Conditions of Modern Ukraine

The dissertation is dedicated to the study of theoretical and practical problems pertaining to the correlation between the social lawful state and the civil society under the conditions of modern Ukraine. The research contains an analysis of the genesis and development of political and law concepts connected with the general phenomenon of a civil society. The thesis has examined the development of a lawful state in retrospective. Substantiation and formulation of topical trends of the social lawful state building and civil society development constitute a part of the study. An analysis of characteristic features of the social lawful state under the conditions of modern Ukraine occupies a substantial fragment of the dissertation. The paper contains certain theoretical generalizations and conclusions. The annexes present texts of laws and bills on appropriate problems initiated by the author of the dissertation, being a subject of law initiative, in the Parliament.
