Milenin O. Sense of justice of the participants of traffic

The dissertation contains a complex general-theoretical research of the sense of justice of the participants of traffic as the specific legal phenomenon. The research of the current legislation is conducted in the field of vehicle traffic. Influence of process of realization of the right to driving means of transport on shaping sense of justice of the drivers and other traffic participants is investigated separately. Factors influencing on sense of justice of participants of road trafficare are investigated too. Taking into account accumulated experience on a research of problems of traffic, the author tries to reach the new level of theoretical understanding and generalizations of these problems, formulates recommendations connected with increasing of sense of justice level and legal culture of the participants of road traffic.
