Goncharuk V. Legal regulation of manufacture and turnover of hard drinks in Russian Empire in the second half of XIX - beginning of XX century (based on the materials of Ukrainian provinces)

Legal regulation of manufacture and turnover of hard drinks on the territory of Ukraine, when it has been a part of Russian Empire in the second half of XIX - beginning of XX century is studied in this thesis for the first time in the historical and legal literature. Alcohol politics of autocracy during this period, its realization in the norms of law and practical law of authorized state bodies is analyzed in this work. Mechanism of legal regulation of manufacture and turnover of hard drinks in Russian Empire is proposed in this thesis. The competence of the bodies, dealing with the participation in the state regulation of hard drinks market is examined in this thesis. The level of citizen's influence on the regulation of manufacture and turnover of hard drinks is also examined in the thesis. Recommendations of legal regulation of manufacture and turnover of hard drinks improvement in the nowadays Ukraine are stated in the conclusion of this work.
