Kostromitina M. Organization of Effective work of the Enterprise in Postprivatization Period

The object of research: the directions of increase of an economic efficiency of functioning of the privatizated enterprises; the aim of research: the theoretical substantiation and creating of the methodical recommendations for organization of effective activity of the enterprises in postprivatization period on the basis of the new approach to the economic contents of the property, manifested in conditions of privatization; methods of comparison: methods of generalization, deduction, statistics and economic analysis, comparisons, graphic, dynamics lines, groupings, correlation, technological accounts; theoretical and practical results: the essence of the economic contents of the property in privatization aspect is specified, the contents of categories "the factor of production" and "the factor of a production efficiency" is specified, the classification of the factors influencing to efficiency of activity of the enterprise after privatization has received, the further development the methodical approac hes to an estimation of financial and economic state of the enterprises (objects of privatization) are created, the methodical recommendations for organization of activity of the enterprise in postprivatization a period with allowance for of features of stages of privatization in business-planning are created; the practical significance of the received results: introduction of results of work will promote to the development of economy of the privatizated enterprises, the increase of efficiency of their work in modern conditions in Ukraine, the perfecting of process of organization of activity of the enterprises in postprivatization period; the subject and level of application: the results are applied at state SPU "Electrotyazhmash" and Kharkov October department of economy; sphere of usage: the industrial enterprises, educational process.
