Origin of hepatic damage in children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL), receiving therapy according to "ГЛЛ-ДГЛУ-92-95" Protocols was investigated. Peculiarities of natural course of Hepatitis B and C in children with ALL were determined. A system of prophylactic measures has been created, directed against HBV and HCV contamination. This system is instigated into practise of oncological and haematological inpatient departments.
