Dunayeva L. A party system in requirements of modernizing of the society: world experience and Ukraine.

In a thesis the problems, bound with clearing up of an essence of a party system and tendencies of its development in requirements of modernizing of the society surveyed in view of experience of the developed democratic countries. The content, modern frame and functions of a party system is defined. The requirements and factors of shaping of a party system in a context of dynamic modifications in frame and character of development of the transitional society are explored. The singularities and problems of becoming multy-party in the Ukrainian society are defined, the tendencies and perspectives of the assertion of a party system in Ukraine are detected. Multy-party is defined as an indication of origin and becoming of democracy, and assertion of a party system as the testimonies of its resistance and stabilities.
