The thesis presents complex investigation of Ukrainian statehood legal models, that were constructed by Viysko Zaporozke (Hetman State) treaties with Eastern-European states (second half of XVII century - beginning of XVIII century). Author defines the theoretical base and contens of Ukrainian constitutional ideas in the same period. The thesis gives the definition and parametres of new state status ideas about Viysko Zaporozke in the exile government's projects of treaties with Rzech Pospolita, Russian state and Crimean Chanate. Analysis of constitutional ideas, expressed by emigrants in the course of so called "Bender Commission" (the case about Mazepa's heritage in 1709) is presented. Author investigates the theoretical legal base and constitutional character of so called "Benderian Constitution" (original name - "Pacts and Constitutions of Laws and Rights of Viysko Zaporozke..." - constitutional law, approved by emigrants in 1710).
