Kozhukhovs'ka N. Implementation of road traffic safety by adaptation of the drivers to the complicated traffic conditions

The dissertation is devoted to the solving of the important problems of modernity which concern increasing of the traffic safety by creation and using scientific and methodical device of the analysis and synthesis of the automatic systems of the drivers’ actions monitoring, which work in difficult traffic conditions, and estimating the quality of functioning of man and machine systems including person’s particulars in transport systems. The complex methodic of synthesis of project variants of automatic systems for the objective control and their analysis are developed, which are base on the mathematical modelling of technical system and drivers’ actions functioning. The mathematical model and algorithm of the automatic system of the objective control are developed and investigated, which allow to estimate the man and machinesystems quality functioning including particulars of the person and modern requests to the quality of drivers’ preparation. The complex way of the realisation of the objective contr ol was found during investigations with the purpose of improvement of professional qualification of the driver, improvement of skills and strengthening of the decisions’ substantiation.
