The dissertation is devoted to questions of increase of a degree of automation of processes of preparation, retraining, certification and certification of the experts maintaining of court of civil fleet. The technique of construction of structures of the managing and educational documents for defenition of necessary volume and level of knowledge the seafares is developed. The way of construction of the multilevel menus of a database of system of training and control of knowledge the seafares is developed. The structure of the scripts, given for construction, of the computer control of knowledge of the algorithmic descriptions of activity the seafares is offered. The technique of construction of mathematical models of the scripts of the control of knowledge of the algorithmic descriptions of activity the seafares as interpretation of a Petri net is developed.
