Dissertation is devoted to the studies of dynamics of elementary soil forming processes and change of structure? Composition and properties of turf-carbonate soils (rendzinas) of Malyi Polisya determined by their development under intensive agricultural use. It has been administration of elementary soil forming process. Bisides, it has promoted the development if negative tendency in dynamics of the main soil properties and regimes. Some recommendations concerning optimization of the usage of rendzinas and the ways of regulation of some negative processes have been given.
