Ustymenko N. Secrets of man's private life and their civil-legal protection.

The thesis is devoted to the problem of legal regime secrets study of man's private life. Notion of personal non-property human rights is investigated, their classification was carried out. Proposed classified criteria will allow to keep it unchangeable, only supplementing and specifying it. Notion of man's private life has been formulated. Notion of man's private life secret was put forward and its basic aspects were considered. There were considered legal regimes of advocate, banking, medical, notarial secrets, secrets of correspondence, phone talks, telegraph and other correspondence, adoption secrets. Such notions as guarding and protection of rights were differentiated. There was formulated a new approach to the notion "measure" and "means" of rights protection which were considered to be indentical in theory earlier. Concrete proposals aimed at the development and improvement of Ukraine legislation in force, regulating secrets of man's private life with the purpose of their complete guaranteeing and general guarding were worked out.
