The Dissertation deals with the development, optimization and research of frequency band distributors in telecommunication networks which might be used also in new networks of electric communication, for example, in cellular networks; also in defensive technology, particularly in modern systems of radio withstanding etc. 9 scientific works are presented in which the theoretical fundamentals for construction of optimum structures of hierarchical management of frequency band distributors for telecommunication networks with utilization of speedy phase frequency auto tuning systems were developed.
