Karmanov Y. Contrakt of banking ivestment (deposit) in foreign currency

The dissertation deals with the complex research of the contract of banking investment (deposit) in foreign currency. The stages of development and the process of formation of legislation that regulates bank currency civil law relations are analyzed. The legal nature of currency and currency transactions and their functions are studied.Scientific problems of the contract of banking investment (deposit) in foreign currency, problems of its legislative regulation and correction with some other civil law contracts are investigated in this work. Some peculiarities of signing, content and execution of the contract of banking investment (deposit) in foreign currency are analyzed.Some scientific conclusions and suggestions in order to improve the Civil code of Ukraine in regulation of the contract of banking investment (deposit) in foreign currency are formulated.
