Aleksyeyenko I. European model of constitutional justice: theoretical and legal problems of formation and development.

The Thesis is devoted to theoretical analysis of court constitutional control, regularities and features of development, organization and functioning of european modal in foreign countries. The Thesis includes the complex analysis of court constitutional law and process sources both of foreign countries and of Ukraine, on base of which the author undertakes the scientific elaboration of the theoretical statesmens and, also, practical propositions and recommendations for improvement of national legislation about constitutional justice. The undertaking analysis of normative acts allowed to elaborate some recommendations for improvement of constitutional justice legislation base in relation to intrinsic structure of organs, guaranties of constitutional court judges, their financial and social security, the expansion of jurisdiction sphere.
