Fedusyk V. Women's crime in Ukraine (criminal legal and criminological problems).

The thesis contains a complex of theoretical and practical problems in the field of criminal law and criminology dedicated to women's crime in Ukraine. On the basis of critical analysis of juridical literature the author defines grounds of women's deviance criminahzation, forms of women's criminal responsibility, perspectives of criminal and preventive policy concerning women's deviance. This work gives the essence and structure of criminology of women's crime as a special .theory, the criminal law and criminological characteristics of women's crime and victimization, perspective ways of crimes control and prevention.
