. Doctoral thesis is devoted to investigator of the specific methods of postpartum prophylaxis in the puerperants with pregnancy complications, patho-logic risk factors for the development of postpartum pyo-septic diseases in parturient women with a complicated couse of pregnancy (late gestoses, iron-deficiency anemia). Methods of prevention (removal of the decidual membrane of uterine cavity in then early postpartum period) and early diagnosis of postpartum pyoseptic complications in parturient women with a complicated course of pregnancy have been suggested. Due to the employment of the above-mentioned prophylactic methods, the couse of postpartum period in the assessed parturient women was shown to run with-out complications, the symptoms of preeclampsia to sooner disappear and the duration of in-patient stay to considerably decrease.
