Essay

The dissertation presents results of investigation for analytical quality of some antithrombin III (AT III) activity tests and for purification procedure of thrombin and AT III by affinity chromatography on silica based sorbents with sulfopolysaccharide ligands. We obtained purified thrombin as a reagent for hemostasiology assays by affinity chromatography. Technology procedure for bioseparation of purified AT III concentrate on heparin-E-silica sorbent was created.
