The author has suggested and grounded classification of efficiency forms, as well as modification of integral coefficient of production efficiency on the enterprise level. The author has shown the system of economic incentives and considered various possible enterprise behavior motives under the conditions of market relations. The author has suggested technical approaches to analysis of the stimulating function of profits tax. The author has developed an economic model of distribution of net profits of an enterprise, as well as principles of incentive fund distribution between departments of an enterprise.
