A new complex approach to the estimation of the effective usage of the resources through the way of revealing the business activity of enterprises, as a basis of functioning the supplying mechanism of the resultive activity of the latters is suggested. The boundaries of the intervals according to the indicators which correspond with the definite levels of the business activity, which is appointed to give the possibility to get more exact and real estimation of the effectiveness of the economy subject activity are determined. The monitoring system and the leading directions concerning the effectiveness of business enterprises approvement are worked out.
