Essay

The fixed relationships between activity values of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and certain parameters of their molecules electron-space structure for every chemical group of compounds were determined. The designed metodology of biological activity analysis allows to model in framework of these groups the most propitious structures forward compounds pharmacology activity rising. The probability of blockage and formation hindering proceeding of histamin and serotonin was evaluated quantitatively.
