Bezsmertna N. Realization ownership right by individuals in Ukraine.

The thesis contains complex analysis of theoretical and practical issues, which are related to legal regulation of realization of subjective ownership right of individuals. The close attention is given to clarification of the legal nature of ownership. The guarantees, bounds and individual methods of realization of ownership right of individuals are investigated. The specific proposals about improvement of legal regulation of realization of ownership right of individuals were formulated on the basis of analysis of legislative and other legal acts about issues of realization of ownership right and judicial practice in settlement of legal disputes.
