Osadchuk S. Legal sights of Mihael Lozynsky.

Thesis dedicated to the study of scientific heritage of M.Lozynsky, determining its plaice in the general development of Ukrainian science on Law. Based on analysis and systematization of materials from various sources the author basicly for the first time enlightened the question of establishment and evolution of M.Lozynsky points of view on legislation as long as determined directions of his scientific work. Here in the analysis of M.Lozynsky's theoretical viewpoint on state (constitutional), international Law, history of Ukrainian Political and Legislative thinking, foreign political and legislative studies are given. From the standpoint of the new time the creative heritage of the scientist is reevaluated, the integral overview of his heritage in the context of contemporary life is proposed.
