Essay

Complex clinical laboratory investigation of the pregnant women with different types of infectious pathology were carried out, their immunological status were determined, the fetal status was estimated. In the postpartum period complex morphological, immunomorphological inspection of placentas was carried out. The risk of the development perinatal complications of the mother and fetus were determined. With the purpose of improvement of the state of the fetus and reduction of perinatal complications the complex therapy and treatment of pregnant women with the use of immunomodulators "timogen", which help the normalisation of the immune status were developed.
