The dissertation is devoted to the treatment of pyloroduodenal ulcer, complicated with perforation and stenosis. Тhe results of the treatment of 473 patients were analysed. During the work the methods of intraoperative pH-metry and ultrasound diagnostics of motor function of the stomach, and methods of duodenoplastics were improved.The researches have shown, that the performance of duodeno-gastroduodenoplastics without vagotomy with modern drug therapy was concidered to be a radical way of treatment of the patients with complicated pyloroduodenal ulcer, the recovery in the remote period was 96,4%.
