The indices of non-specific factors of defence, cellular and humoral immunity, the CIC concentration the content of R-proteins have been studied. It has been established that R-proteins accumulate in a large amount, participate in inflammatory-destructive processes, appear as endogenous toxins in psoriasic patients. We have analyzed the amount of R-proteins and the concentration of CIC of various sizes, depending on the forms and stages of psoriasis. The latter has made it possible to broaden the notion pertaining to pathogenesis and propose objective criteria for a laboratory evaluation of the severity of psoriasis and efficacy of treatment. A course of treatment of psoriasis with the use of immunotropic agents: erbisol, thymalin, T-activin, splenin.
