Thesis concerns the problem of uncompleted pregnancy in 1 trimester, hazard factors, prediction, peculiarities of pathogenesis under urine genital infection, aspects of treatment and prevention. There has been proved the leading role of urine genital infection in the incidence of uncompleted pregnancy in 1 trimester. There has been worked out and theoretically proved the conception of infection pathogenesis of uncompleted pregnancy in І trimester. The role of local immunity and hormonal status is certified. Taking to account the results of authentic investigation the program of complex treatment of uncompleted pregnancy in 1 trimester with urine genital infection background has been composed. There has been proved including of vaginal sanitation in the complex treatment makes it possible to decrease loses of reproduction.
