Franchuk O. Immunocorrection and enterosorbtion in complex treatment of pregnant women with pyelonephritis

The thesis is devoted to the learning of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of gestational pyelonephritis according to the immunological state of the organism, lipid peroxidation, antioxidative protection system, neutrophiles ultrastructure, infective agents of the disease and fetoplacental system. In was established that during gestational pyelonephritis an activation of lipid peroxidative protection system, indexes of cellular and humoral immunity, destruction of neutrophilic granulocytes and disturbance of the fetoplacental complex structure were observed. On the base of investigation complex treatment of pregnant women with pyelonephritis with the prescription of antioxidants (?-tocopherol acetates, ascorbic acid, rutin), enterosgel and Wobenzym was elaborated and pathogenetically confirmed. The usage et these medicines increases the efficiency of the patient's treatment, decreases the number of complications during pregnancy, labor, puerperium, intrauterine state of the fetus and infant.
