Essay

The object of researches is physical processes of age-ing of folding contact connections and physical opera-tional properties of thermosensitive elements with effect of memory of the form of the built devices of the control of the main controllable parameter of contact connec-tions under operating conditions. The purpose of work - a substantiation of a way of increase of reliability and effi-ciency of operation of contact connections by the peri-odic control of a condition and an estimation of func-tional properties of contact units on the basis of use of the built thermosensitive devices with effect of memory of the form. Methods of researches - standard. It is proved a choice of a perspective direction of increase of operational reliability of contact connections; the way of the operational control is developed and the choice of the main controllable parameter of contact connections is proved; Laws of change and evolution of the main con-trollable parameter ‰ temperatures of contact connec-tions in conditions of long operation are revealed; tech-nical maintenance of a new way of the control, and also principles of realization of the operational control of a condition of typical folding contact connections, a method of optimization of periodicity of realization of surveys contact connections are developed. Results theo-retical and experimental researches were used for devel-opment and the statement in Gosstandart of Ukraine of specifications ТУ У 24371416.001-97 "Overheating in-dexes contact connections closed distributive devices" and have provided their wide introduction in power firms Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Byelorussia. Practical results of dissertational work have allowed to realize a way of the operational control of contact connections by overheating indexes, made on the basis of an alloy with shape memory effect that enables to reduce duration of a session of the control at 10-20 time, labour input of service of contact connections to lower at 15-20 time in comparison with traditional ways.
