The thesis presents the results of karyotype frequency examinations of bone marrow cells and ppppepeperipheral peripheral вlood lymphосytes taken from Chernobyl accident clean-up workers with myelodysplastic syndromes, refractory cytopenia, leukocytosis. On the basis of bone marrow cells karyotype examinations three group of risk (low,high,middle) of MDS transformations into acute leukemia were suggested. The frequency of MDS and leukocytosis transformations Into acute leukemia and chronic myeloprolypherative disease was higher in patients with bone marrow cells karyotype abnormalities.
