Okipnyuk V. The State Political Departament of the UkSSR (1922-1934 yy.): historic and juridical analisis.

In the dissertation on the Basis of analysis of normative legal acts, archival sources and special literature formation and development of legal status of DPU of the UkSSR is researched. Special features of legal status of local and othe structurally separate bodies, military units and subunits in the system of ODPU-DPU of the UkSSR have been discovered. Significant documents concerning the state and party control and procuratorўs supervision after the DPU of the UkSSR have been generalized. Legal basis of financial, material, technical and staff maintenance of the bodies of DPU of the UkSSR have been defined. The practical importance of the work consists in generalization of positive and negative experience of functioning of the DPU of the UkSSR in order to use it under the modern conditions.
