The thesis is a manuscript presenting the results of research on realization of organizational and economic re-structuring of the meat industry enterprises by transformation of organizational structure and improvement of the internal industrial self-financing. The principle results of the research have received a positive response of the conducting experts of joint-stock company "Vinnytsja-meat" and are used in the curriculum of Economics and Management Faculty at the Ukrainian State University of Food Technology.
