The thesis is devoted to the analysis of the semantic structure of the existence sentences expressing different kind and forms. The work describes phases of existence defines the verbs with the meaning of existence in the function of the main component of a semantic structure of sentence and offers the principles of semantic classification of the verbs. The minimum structural schemes of existence sentences and their semantic types are defined.
