The paper is dedicated to the problems of introducing the system of measures for developing educational communication skills into the training system for the piano classes' teachers-to-be. Test was elicited between the level of empathy developed in a teacher and peculiarities of interactive communication, as well as between level of music theoretical knowledge and the mode of pedagogical communication. The author developed methods of pedagogical communication, that set being based on the "subject - subject" principle.
